Vivian Strosek

Member of the Advisory Board

Vivian Strosek has been a member of CLL’s Advisory Board since October 2020 and advises the company on operational issues relating to the investment platform, business strategy and transaction-specific topics. As the founder of Lharin AG, a Swiss investment firm focusing on private capital markets, Vivian brings in-depth expertise in the areas of investment and asset management.

Vivian is also the founder of Feondor Group AG, a leading independent real estate investment and asset management company with a global focus. Since its foundation in 2008, Vivian has managed assets totaling over 1.2 billion euros with Feondor.

Previously, Vivian worked at UBS Wealth Management and UBS Real Estate Investment Managers. There he was responsible for the acquisition, structuring and management of real estate investments worth more than one billion euros for wealthy private clients.

Vivian is a Swiss citizen and co-founder of the entrepreneur network EYES International, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Lucas Moser

Managing Partner

Lucas Moser is co-founder and majority shareholder of CLL. With more than ten years of experience in real estate development, investment and fund management, he is responsible for the management of the company.

Prior to founding CLL, Lucas worked in portfolio management at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in Zurich, managing two closed-end value-add funds with a European focus and approximately one billion euros of investor capital. Prior to Credit Suisse, Lucas worked at Asia Green, an Asia-focused real estate investment manager with a strong track record in joint ventures in China and Indonesia. He started his professional career in project management and real estate development at Hochtief in Munich, Germany.

Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He completed his master’s degree with a research stay at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied the performance of sustainability-certified buildings.

Lucas is an Austrian citizen. Before his professional career, Lucas was a professional alpine ski racer. In summer, he swaps his alpine and touring skis for his mountain bike and racing bike, a surfboard and golf clubs.

Emmanuelle Bizard

Chief Operating Officer

Emmanuelle Bizard is Chief Operating Officer at CLL and has more than eleven years of experience in real estate construction, transactions and financial consulting. In her current role, she is responsible for all of the company’s operational processes and makes a significant contribution to CLL’s strategic direction.

Prior to joining CLL, Emmanuelle was Head of Operations Acquisition & Sales at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in Zurich, where she coordinated over 100 international transactions from kick-off to closing. Prior to that, she worked as a project manager for the Singapore Sports Hub Stadium project, where she was responsible for the organization of the planning process, logistics and production. Emmanuelle started her professional career as a business analyst at Kurt Salmon in Paris, where she implemented software for financial reporting and consolidation.

Emmanuelle holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the École nationale supérieure d’ingénieurs électriciens de Grenoble (ENSIEG) and completed an exchange program at the Tekniske Universitet in Copenhagen.

Emma is a French citizen, crossed the Atlantic on a sailing boat with her husband and four sons within a year and has been striving for a zero-waste lifestyle ever since.

Reinhard Stamm

Chief Financial Officer

Reinhard Stamm is Chief Financial Officer at CLL and has more than 40 years of experience in management positions in the finance and real estate sectors of global corporations. His extensive expertise covers the areas of structuring, auditing, finance, accounting and tax, for which he is also responsible at CLL.

Before joining CLL, Reinhard was Chief Financial Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate for over twelve years. In this position, he ensured efficient transaction management and was responsible for treasury, accounting and tax structures in various countries on four continents. Before joining Credit Suisse, he was Head of Finance at SIG Swiss Industrial Company.

Reinhard holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Reinhard is a Swiss citizen, a keen apple grower, water skier and alpine skier and enjoys spending time in Ticino.

Raphael Hofmayer

Investment Associate

Raphael Hofmayer is an Investment Associate at CLL and has more than nine years of experience in the banking and investment industry. At CLL he is an integral part of the transaction and investment management team.

Prior to joining CLL, Raphael gained experience in the investment and research division of the Monterosa Group, a Swiss asset manager, where he gained a comprehensive insight into various industries, company structures and investment areas. He began his professional career with an apprenticeship at UBS, where he worked for eight years. There he acquired a solid foundation in banking and gained valuable insights into the real estate and construction industry.

Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and completed an exchange semester at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Raphael is a Swiss citizen. Surfing, tennis and skiing are among his special passions. Raphael is always on the lookout for new travel adventures.

Dominik Schatzmann

External law

Dominik Schatzmann has been part of the CLL team since its foundation and is the main legal advisor for all civil and corporate law matters of the company. Dominik has more than 15 years of experience in civil, corporate and criminal law. He is the founder and managing partner of Schatzmann Heeb & Partner Attorneys at Law in Liechtenstein and on the board of several Liechtenstein companies and investment vehicles.

Dominik holds a doctorate in law, which he obtained with distinction from the University of Innsbruck. He has been admitted to the bar in both Austria and Liechtenstein since 2012. Dominik also holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Innsbruck, accompanied by stays abroad in Chicago and Florence.

Dominik is an Austrian citizen. As a sports and history enthusiast, he loves to travel the globe with his family.

Sandro Fehlmann

External law

Sandro Fehlmann has been responsible for all capital market, corporate and real estate law issues as external legal counsel since CLL was founded. As a partner at Advestra with more than twelve years of professional experience, he has extensive expertise in M&A and capital market transactions, financial market law and general corporate law.

Sandro is licensed to practice law in both Zurich and California and holds a doctorate in law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an LL.M. with honors from Northwestern University in Chicago.

Sandro is a Swiss citizen and passionate runner. He enjoys spending time in the mountains and in Central America.

Zoltan Szelyes

Member of the Advisory Board

Zoltan Szelyes, CFA, CAIA, has been a member of CLL’s Advisory Board since September 2020. He advises CLL with in-depth market research in the target markets and on investment trends.

Zoltan is the founder and CEO of Macro Real Estate AG, a research-based advisory boutique. He advises institutional clients and family offices on indirect real estate investments and manages mandates on indirect real estate investments internationally.

Previously, Zoltan was Head of Global Real Estate Research at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate and worked as a Senior Economist at the Swiss National Bank in Zurich. In recent years, he has also built up an indirect real estate portfolio for a Swiss single family office.

Zoltan is a Swiss citizen.

Sebastian Neher

Partner (Austria)

Sebastian Neher is a partner at CLL and responsible for the Austrian market. He has more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on transactions, project development and the investment and asset management of commercial and commercial residential value-add properties.

Before joining CLL, Sebastian was Head of Transactions and Asset Management at emeis Germany, a leading operator of nursing homes and assisted living, in Frankfurt am Main. Prior to that, he worked at Kintyre, an investment and asset manager focusing on investments with opportunistic and value-add property strategies. He started his career as a project developer in Erfurt and Regensburg at Ratisbona Handelsimmobilien, one of the leading developers of supermarkets and retail parks.

Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Economics from the University of Passau. During his Bachelor’s degree, he spent a semester abroad at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (INALCO) in Paris and a semester abroad at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) during his Master’s degree.

Sebastian is an Austrian citizen. Having grown up in the region with the most lakes in the Austrian Alps, Sebastian enjoys spending his free time in the mountains and on a sailing boat.

Georg Blumauer

Member of the Advisory Board

Georg Blumauer has been a member of CLL’s Advisory Board since December 2024. He supports the company in more complex transactions and brings with him an extensive network of other real estate owners and market players.

Georg is a partner and founder of b-legal. He studied in Vienna and Chicago. He completed his studies with a doctorate in law. After his active career as a tennis and Davis Cup player, he completed his training as a trainee lawyer at Freshfields. He then headed the legal department and the M&A desk of the Austrian Soravia Group for more than five years. Based on his experience in large law firms and business, international activities and various board functions, Georg has a special understanding of economic contexts and decisions and advises companies comprehensively on all key issues of transaction and corporate law.

Georg is an Austrian citizen. He is licensed to practice law in Austria and New York.
