CLL announced today that it expands its Advisory Board with the appointment of Vivian Strosek.

Vivian will advise the company mostly on operational matters of the investment platform, new business activities and acquisition-related matters. Vivian is the founder of Lharin AG, a long-standing Swiss-based investment firm with a focus on private markets. He is the founder of Feondor Group AG, an independent real estate investment and asset management firm. Since inception in 2008, Feondor transacted and managed more than EUR 1.2bn worth of assets.
CLL welcomes Zoltan Szelyes (CFA, CAIA) as Advisory Board Member. Zoltan will support CLL with research on potential transactions as well as objective views on current market trends.
Zoltan is Chief Executive Officer of Macro Real Estate AG and Head of Indirect Investment at Dicoval AG. Furthermore, he is the Chairman of the INREV Research Committee. Previously, he was the former Head of Global Real Estate Research at Credit Suisse Asset Management and is a former Senior Economist at the Swiss National Bank.

Prof. emerit. Dr. Gerhard Girmscheid joins the Advisory Board of CLL, where he will advise the company on development- and construction-related matters.
Gerhard is a Professor emeritus of the Swiss Federal Institute Zurich (ETHZ). He founded and led the Institute of Construction & Infrastructure Management Department for more than 20 years. Before his time at ETHZ, Gerhard held top management positions at various German and international real estate and construction companies.

CLL closes its first deal in Salzburg, Austria. The property is a residential building with a commercial tenant on the ground floor, located at a strategic location with excellent access to public transportation.
"We are happy to have secured and acquired this building off-market through our Austrian network.
The building is currently 100% let and provides a steady cash-on-cash yield. Additionally, we were able to identify significant upside potential with the creation of additional space as well as the improvement of the lease structure. We are convinced of the real estate market in Salzburg and are looking forward to analyzing further opportunities in the area."
CLL welcomes Reinhard Stamm as Chief Financial Officer. Reinhard is responsible for all financial activities as well as deal-related structuring and tax matters.
Reinhard has more than 30 years of experience in leading finance positions. Before joining CLL Reinhard was Head of Finance International at Credit Suisse Global Real Estate for 12 years working across four continents and managing all finance, reporting and tax aspects for multiple investment vehicles.
The mandate is an exclusive advisory mandate comprising the full range of investment services that CLL offers. This consists of the creation and implementation of a tailored portfolio strategy for the client through the sourcing and execution of suitable investments as well as the operational asset management post-acquisition.
The mandate is targeting Core+ and Value-Add investments in locations with strong fundamentals in the D-A-CH region.
Previously to starting the company, its founders and main shareholders, Clement Jacquesson, Lars Gurtner and Lucas Moser, have worked together on a transaction volume in excess of EUR 1.0bn.
On board are also two experienced lawyers from top-tier law firms in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Dominik Schatzmann and Sandro Fehlmann have been part of the team since inception and are the team’s support in all corporate, capital and civil law matters.
