Clement Jacquesson is co-founder of CLL and responsible for Financing.
Clement has more than 12 years of experience in structuring and arranging real estate debt, having closed c. EUR 4.5bn of debt transactions.
Prior to co-founding CLL, he was head of the real estate financing department of Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in Zurich, where he was responsible for raising third party debt on all real estate products and vehicles globally. Previously, Clement was employed at Deutsche Bank Investment Banking, LNR Partners (a Cerberus-owned company) and AXA Real Estate in London and Zurich.
He holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris (ESTP) and a Master Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Paris Dauphine University.
Clement is a French National and pursues an ambitious hobby career as tennis and pétanque player.
Lars Gurtner is co-founder of CLL and responsible for Transactions.
Lars has more than 6 years of experience in real estate advisory, underwriting and transactions.
Prior to co-founding CLL, he was working as transaction manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in Zurich and New York where he underwrote, structured and negotiated acquisitions and dispositions in Europe and around the globe for various investment vehicles and mandates. Before joining Credit Suisse, his experience includes working for Partners Group, KPMG Deal Advisory and UBS.
Lars holds a Master Degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Lars is a Swiss National and used to be a figure skater.
Lucas Moser is co-founder of CLL and responsible for Portfolio and Asset Management.
Lucas has more than 7 years of experience in real estate development, investment and fund portfolio management.
Prior to co-founding CLL, he was working in the portfolio management team of Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in Zurich taking care of two European value-add real estate funds. Previously, Lucas was employed at Asia Green, an Asia-focused investment manager with a strong track record in joint venture investments in China and Indonesia. Prior to this, he gained extensive experience in real estate development at Hochtief Projektenwicklung in Munich, Germany.
Lucas holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) and completed his Master Thesis during a reseach-stay at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has lived in Munich where he received his Bachelor Degree from the city’s Technical University (TUM).
Lucas is an Austrian National and used to ski professionally. His passion for skiing is only rivalled by his passion for biking and golfing.
Dominik Schatzmann is CLL’s key advisor for all civil and corporate law matters and has been part of the CLL team since inception.
Dominik Schatzmann has more than 15 years of experience in civil, corporate and criminal law. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Schatzmann Heeb & Partner Attorneys at Law in Liechtenstein and is on the Board of multiple Liechtenstein-based companies and investment vehicles.
Dominik holds a PhD in law with distinction from the University of Innsbruck and has been admitted to the bar of Liechtenstein and Austria in 2012. Furthermore, he holds a Master in Economics from the University of Innsbruck and studied in Chicago and Florence.
Dominik is a sports and history enthusiast, and has travelled all over the world.
Reinhard Stamm is the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Reinhard has more than 30 years of experience in leading finance positions. He is an expert in structuring, controlling, treasury, reporting and tax aspects related to real estate.
Prior to joining CLL, he was Head of Finance International at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate for approximately 12 years where he was responsible for setting-up and managing investment transactions, reporting and tax structures across 4 continents. Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked as a Corporate Treasurer at SIG Swiss Industrial Company.
Reinhard holds a Master Degree in Corporate Finance from the Institute for Financial Services Zug (IFZ) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Reinhard is a Swiss National and is a passionate apple farmer and an avid water skier.
Sandro Fehlmann is CLL’s key advisor for all capital market, corporate and real estate law matters and has been part of the CLL team since inception.
Sandro Fehlmann is a Partner at the law firm Advestra where his practice focuses on capital market transactions (equity and debt), financial market- and general corporate law . He frequently advises clients on M&A transactions and complex real estate related matters.
Sandro is admitted to the Zurich and the California Bar and holds a Master Degree in Law from University St. Gallen (HSG) and a LL.M. from Northwestern University Chicago.
Fabian Linke is an external business development advisor for CLL. His main activity is to support the company with input relating to the growth of the platform and fund raising strategy.
Fabian has more than 15 years of real estate specific experience in institutional sales, fund raising and product development. At various investment managers including Swiss Prime Site Investment Foundation, Credit Suisse and Swiss Finance and Property he was responsible for raising over EUR 11bn in capital for core and value-add real estate investment vehicles.
Fabian is Head Business Development & Fundraising at Swiss Prime Site Solutions. He holds a Master Degree in Real Estate as well as a Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance. He is a member of RICS.
Vivian Strosek joined the advisory board of CLL in October 2020. Vivian advises CLL on operational matters of its investment platform, new business activities and acquisition-related matters.
Vivian is the founder of Lharin AG, a long-standing Swiss-based investment firm with a focus on private markets. He is the founder of Feondor Group AG, an independent real estate investment and asset management firm. Since inception in 2008, Feondor transacted and managed more than EUR 1.2bn worth of assets.
Previously, Vivian worked for UBS Wealth Management and UBS Real Estate Investment Management. Roles included acquisition, structuring and management of direct real estate investments in excess of EUR 1.0bn for the bank’s Ultra High Net Worth clientele. Vivian is co-founder of the entrepreneurs organization EYES International, member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
Zoltan Szelyes joined the advisory board of CLL in September 2020. Zoltan is supporting CLL with macro research on CLL’s target markets.
Zoltan is the Chief Executive Officer of Macro Real Estate AG and the Head of Indirect Investments at Dicoval AG, a Swiss Family Office. Furthermore, he is the Chairman of the INREV Research Committee.
Zoltan is also the former Head of Global Real Estate Research at Credit Suisse Asset Management and a Former Senior Economist at the Swiss National Bank.
Prof. emerit. Dr. Gerhard Girmscheid joined the Advisory Board member in August 2020. Gerhard is advising CLL on development and construction-related matters.
Gerhard is a Professor Emeritus of the Swiss Federal Institute. He founded and led the Construction Engineering and Management Department for more than 20 years.
Gerhard further held various top management positions at German and international real estate construction companies and holds several advisory mandates.
