We focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – markets we know intimately. While the real estate investment business is global, management is local. We invest only in locations where reliable, local management is guaranteed by CLL.
02. Opportunity
We proactively identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities in our target markets. With a well-managed pipeline of pre-selected opportunities, we dedicate significant time and effort to evaluating them. This enables us to uncover hidden potential and rapidly mitigate risks. We adhere strictly to the “own money check” principle.

Our strong network and deep connections in the target markets give us exclusive access to lucrative opportunities. Approximately 75% of our pipeline consists of off-market deals sourced directly from our network of developers, construction firms, banks, lawyers, and property owners.
