Advisory

CLL provides debt advisory services to private and institutional clients in need of real estate debt financing solutions. Our commitment to putting our client’s interests first means we remain heavily involved throughout the entire assignment, including but not limited to preparing debt investment memorandums, collection of term sheets, loan negotiations and the closing process (at the client’s discretion).

The team has sourced, negotiated and closed more than EUR 4.5bn worth of real estate debt to date and has built an extensive network of lenders over the years including banks, insurance companies and debt funds.
